01What we collectOnly what you choose to send us: career applications (your name, city, links, what you write, and a CV if you attach one) and the contents of emails you send about bookings, brands, labels or press.
02What we don’tThis site has no accounts, no cookies, and currently no analytics or advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting visit counting later, we will update this page first.
03Why we collect itTo consider you for a role, and to respond to your enquiry. That is the whole list. We never sell or rent personal data.
04Who sees itThe Represent team handling hiring or the relevant enquiry. Nobody else.
05How long we keep itCareer applications and CVs: up to 12 months, so we can call the pipeline first when a desk opens, then deleted. Want yours gone sooner? One email and it is.
06Your rightsYou can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, as provided under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Write to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
