Label Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage release timelines from acquisition through delivery and launch.
• Coordinate with artists, managers, producers, distributors, designers and marketing teams.
• Oversee metadata, assets, release schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Support A&R in identifying, evaluating and developing artists and projects.
• Manage recording timelines, clearances, artwork approvals and release documentation.
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed.
• Work with distribution partners to optimize release strategies.
• Track release performance and recommend follow-up opportunities.
• Maintain accurate internal databases and release documentation.
• Help build systems and processes that improve efficiency as the label scales.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in label operations, A&R or artist management.
• Strong understanding of music release workflows and distribution.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple releases at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial instinct combined with creative judgment.
• Passion for discovering and developing artists.
