Synch Licensing Manager.

Drive sync and licensing for both catalogues and build the relationships that make deals happen.

• Drive sync and licensing opportunities for the REPRESENT catalogue and the Outwrite catalogue across advertising, films, television, digital content and branded entertainment.
• Proactively pitch music to music supervisors, advertising agencies, production houses, brands, filmmakers and content platforms.
• Build and manage strong relationships across the sync, advertising and entertainment ecosystem.
• Identify relevant briefs, recommend the right music and manage opportunities from pitch through negotiation and closure.
• Work closely with internal teams, artists, labels and rights holders to coordinate approvals, clearances and licensing terms.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in sync licensing, music publishing, labels, advertising or entertainment partnerships, with a strong industry network.
